We will have an all levels Vinyasa Flow from Daleela Farina soundtracked with deep tribal beats mixed live by Dru West, followed by a Sound Bath Meditation & Breathwork from Warriors of Consciousness. Then you are invited to stay afterwards as we get you up and moving with a Sunday FunDay Ecstatic Dance Party with Deep House sounds from Dru West. Plus the Shuffle Wisdom Showcase Decompression.
